To delete your account completely, you must:

1. Not be subscribed to the Quo membership
2. Not have an active loan out

Once you have confirmed you can delete your account, open the Quo app and go to the settings page. Then, tap on "Support Options" and then "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm the deletion and provide feedback to us (which we greatly appreciate if you do provide!) before your account is deleted.
